Brad Skinner: CEO
Brad has over 30 years in the transportation, and logistics industry in both the United States and Mexico. He has held senior Executive and Sales and Marketing positions at Schneider National (truckload), BN Motor Carriers, Southern Paciic (Rail), Fritz (Logistics), and created and oversaw the management of a highly successful Mexican Rail Carrier, Transportacion Ferroviaria Mexicana. He has successfully created and transformed organizations into highly productive, visionary, and efficient ventures and in the process added significant value for investors and customers.
Jack Finholm: Executive Vice President
Jack has over 30 years of experience in the International Logistics and Supply Chain industry. He has held Senior Sales and Operations management positions at Fritz, UPS Supply Chain and BAX/Schenker.. During his career, he has been instrumental in helping to develop many of the products and services that are commonplace in the International 3PL industry today, especially in support of US Importers inbound supply chain programs.
Dan Beers: Executive Vice President Sales
With 35 years in the transportation business, Dan brings to Trans-Trade customers a wealth of experience in LTL trucking, Rail Transport, Intermodal Transportation and years of senior management leadership. Dan’s background includes all areas of transportation including operations, terminal management, sales, marketing and company start-ups. With his degree in accounting his strong understanding of P&L results needs translates into bringing supply chain solutions that increases efficiencies and accountability by his sales organization for Trans-Trade customers.
Jeff Bell: Vice President Operations
Jeff Bell brings to the Trans-Trade team over 30 years of experience in the Customs Brokerage and International transportation industry. He joined Trans-Trade in 1990 and was instrumental in developing an international network of dedicated supply-chain partners. Jeff’s background includes licensed Customs Broker, business development and key management positions.
Douglas Gouey-Guy: CTO/CAO
Mr. Gouey-Guy brings over 15 years of technology and business operations experience to Trans-Trade. After serving in the US Army for 6 years, he worked in the distribution industry from the ground up in systems/operations. With extensive eCommerce expertise, Doug’s strength is applying innovative technology solutions to business operations, enhancing growth and sales success. Doug was most recently with Office Depot, as a leader in Information Services and eCommerce Distribution/Operations.
Vinod Baliga: EVP-Advanced 3PL
Vinod Baliga joined Trans-Trade Inc. in 1993 where he played a key role in the company’s strategic growth. With a ground up knowledge of the industry, he held several key positions (CTO, CFO, GM-3PL) and in 2006 transitioned to his current role and created the Reverse, Advanced Logistics & Value Added Services operations at Alliance, Texas.
