Major Expansion Announced!

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 2001--Trans-Trade, a leading global provider of logistics services by air, ocean and land, has purchased the 114,600 square-foot Gateway 29 building at AllianceTexas from Hillwood. Initially the AllianceTexas facility will house Trans-Trade's import compliance and fulfillment and third party logistics (3PL) divisions, employing up to 40 workers. The company will be operational in the building on July 1. Eventually Trans-Trade will locate its corporate headquarters to the new facility and bring another 30-to-40 full-time employees.

Trans-Trade has had a presence at AllianceTexas since 1993, first utilizing space at the Alliance Crossing retail/office center then at the Alliance Operating Services facility.
